By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Ticket Purchase and Use

All tickets sold through 4evergive.com are for fundraising events hosted by third-party non-profit organizations. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are entering into a direct transaction with the hosting organization.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.

• The hosting organization is responsible for the delivery, management, and fulfillment of the event.

2. Electronic Delivery Policy

4evergive.com does not ship physical goods. All tickets purchased through our platform are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

• Tickets will be sent via email shortly after the completion of your transaction.

• If you do not receive your ticket within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.

3. Refund and Return Policy

Refunds for ticket purchases are not processed through 4evergive.com. All refund or return requests must be directed to the specific non-profit organization hosting the event.

• Each organization may have its own refund policy; we recommend reviewing the event details or contacting the organization directly.

• If you are unsure whom to contact, please email info@4evergive.com, and we will assist in directing your inquiry.

4. Event Cancellations or Changes

In the event that an event is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled, the hosting organization is responsible for communicating with attendees and issuing refunds or credits where applicable.

• 4evergive.com is not liable for canceled or rescheduled events and does not issue refunds on behalf of the hosting organization.

5. Privacy and Data Use

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided during the ticket purchasing process is used solely for the purpose of delivering your ticket and providing customer service related to your order.

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required to facilitate your transaction with the event host.

6. Limitation of Liability

4evergive.com acts solely as a ticketing platform and is not liable for any aspect of the event experience, including but not limited to venue conditions, food or drink served, entertainment, or health and safety.

• Any issues related to the event itself must be addressed directly with the hosting organization.
